Happy New Year 2024
“To me, to live is Christ" (Philippians 1:21)
I hope you are welcoming the new year well." Having "graduated" from parenthood, my wife and I are moving on to a new stage in our lives. We are also doing well with the land tortoise in our yard.
Katsunobu published George Müller and the Sources of Christian Social Welfare (Kyobunkan) last year. He fully engages in university research, teaching, duties, and church ministry.
Yukiyo enjoys yoga, walking, and having a good time while working hard in church worship and other ministries.
Our children have grown up and flown away. The eldest son, who studied abroad in the U.S., returned to Japan with a doctorate and is now teaching at Keio University. My second son is active as a media artist, crossing borders to Amsterdam, London, and Tokyo, and working around the world. My daughter is a social worker, practicing child welfare in Japan and abroad, and also studying at a graduate school.
I pray for abundant blessings from heaven upon you all.
Katsunobu & Yukiyo, Kihara
